Cut zucchini in half.
Take zucchini half, spin it "up and down" and cut in half again.
Take the zucchini halves and keep cutting them in half to make spears.
Put the cut zucchinis on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil.
In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, oregano, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper.
Take pieces of zucchini individually and sprinkle the cheese mixture on top. It should stick to the oil, more like a bread crumb coating.
Put coated zucchini on a foil covered pan. Put in 420* oven for 15-20 minutes.
Take out from oven when golden brown. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with more Parmesan while it's still hot.
