Remember you dont have to make your own chips! You can get frozen chips from Coles, Woolies or any places where you get your groceries from!
Rinse your salmon skin
Pop your 2 Salmons into a ziplock bag with 15g of Oil and 15g of honey. A tip is to try and not leave any air inside the ziplock bag. When done start to massage the salmon while it's inside the bag!
After 20 minutes of the salmon being inside the ziplock bag, take it out and out it on the tray ready for cooking.
Then put it in the oven for 10 minutes !
Take the salmon out and plate it after it's cooked. Dont forget the chips!
You could get a little creative and put down some salad!
Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper then you're done!
