How to alter lovewooden piece & deconstruct chipboard

First cover the front and back with gesso or the paint included in the project add on.

I used the paint included in the add on.

Then, I used spray adhesive to adhere a 12 x 12 sheet of patterned paper from the main kit to the front of the LOVE. I sanded the edges.

Next, I let the chipboard angel soak in warm water for about 5 minutes. Then, I pulled apart the layers of her wings so she looked like this. I used my embossing gun to dry her at this point.

Now, I used Glimmer mist to cover her all in one color. I made sure to spray in between all the layers of her wings, too.

Then, hit her with the embossing gun again to dry.

Now, I dabbed randomly with the Emboss It Dabber.

Sprinkle with Ultra Thick Embossing powder in bronze.

I even hit the layers with the Emboss It Dabber and the embossing powder.

Now, use the embossing gun to melt the powder. I repeated this step again to get her to look like this.

See how her wings are really 3-D?

Now, I attached her to the piece and added some burlap flowers along with some pink flowers and a metal heart. I cut some card stock leaves using the Prima Forest leaves die.

Here's another view.

Here's a view of the "E" embellished with the flowers and a Prima metal butterfly. I hit the flowers with some Prima Glimmer Glaze in Pink Lady from my stash.

For the circle chipboard piece I used some black dimensional paint from a previous kit and then sprinkled some bronze embossing powder, hit it with the embossing gun. Then layered the flowers.

Here's a close up of the flower cluster. I hit the flowers with the Prima Glimmer Glaze here, too. A wooden Prima piece was tucked in the top and a Prima resin piece was tucked underneath.

I added a Prima metal heart along the top & a few more smaller flowers to complete the cluster w/ some more Prima forest leaves. I cut apart the Prima Say It in Pearls piece & tucked in a few swirls.
