How to make jalapeno corn bread poppers


Prepare half batch of the corn bread mix according the instruction.

Add one can of corn and one cup of shredded cheese. I used shredded pepper jack cheese on mine.

Clean and throw all the jalapeños seed.

Fill each jalapeños with batter, don't over fill them!

Sprinkle the remaining cheese in the jalapeno. Bake them at 350F for 15-20 min.

Enjoy while it still warm.
